Event Production

Timeline, Work Back Schedule, Milestones... whatever you call it, I can create it and manage it.

Budgets... those too.

If it's in Excel or Google Sheets, I can create it, filter it, sort it, format it and more as your Executive Producer or Element Producer.

Technical Production

For larger events with more details and elements, I can represent the technical needs of your event. I can be the go-between with your technical partners, ensuring your drawings are accurate and up to date, your production schedule and dock schedule are thoughtful and thorough, and your rehearsal schedule is effective.

Show Calling

I can sit in the middle of "command central" and make sure all elements of the stage show or presentation are executed as planned. Dialing in your show flow to be sure all the details are there and all the ops know what to expect.

Presentation Production

All those graphics that go up on screen and tell the story to your audience? I can wrangle that when you need me to... Ensure that script details are properly supported throughout, confirm that image sizes will present well on screen and when a video should be embedded vs a stand alone for play back... making sure all your "housekeeping" slides are accounted for and everything is stitched together with grace and beauty.

Deck Manager

Working directly with the onstage talent and presentation team to give the confidence needed for them to shine on stage. Tracking the details of the onstage movement, supporting the presenters, reassuring their blocking, and managing the flow... I'm in the wings dialing in the details.

Virtual Events

While we are all glad to be back in person together, the addition of virtual events is here to stay. Whether you're looking for an elevated Zoom meeting or a more fully produced virtual experience, I can support your team from invitations through the virtual broadcast.

Non-Profit President

When I'm not working, I'm the President of the Figure Skating Club of Minneapolis. I grew up ice skating and spent many years as an instructor. As I got deeper into the event world, my schedule did not align with that of an instructor anymore, so a couple years ago I joined the board of the oldest figure skating club in Minnesota!
I manage our social media, rebuilt our website, added a club store to sell swag, produced our annual competition and rebooted our fundraising efforts in the first year "on the job".
